I have worked with Able Homes on the buying and selling side of our homes. LeAnn goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your transaction as well as seeking out what was best for us. She is also very thorough- to give an example: She went as far as to check the master bath tub jets during the inspection of our current home. She filled up the tub to make sure the jetted tub worked. We found it not to be in working order, and we were not informed of this by the sellers' realtor.
